Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from OurVision: Creative Design Services and Resources. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
Returns
We accept returns on most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for a return. These exceptions include:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please send us an email at rtimmellw@gmail.com for further instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
